Where it all started
I was Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA
I’m first-generation Mexican American, As the eldest of six siblings, I learned the value of hard work, sacrifice and determination from a young age. I was inspired by the resilience and ambition of both my immigrant parents. We moved to Phoenix AZ when I was 17 years old.
Entering the finance industry at the young age of 18 beginning with Citi bank I embarked on a journey that would shape my career trajectory. At 23 I began my career with Chase bank for a period of 15 years. While with Chase, I became a Lending Manager, specializing in mortgages and gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the financial world. I further educated myself by going to Real Estate school as well as Tax preparation training.
I was very disciplined with my finances and I always worked 2 jobs, eventually I started my first business as a brand ambassador at the age of 21. I set goals for myself, I made sacrifices and saved money to reach those financial goals.
While working in the corporate industry, I purchased my first home at the young age of 22. This milestone ignited a passion for Real Estate investment, leading me to acquire my first investment property in my mid-20s and subsequently building a diverse portfolio of now 10 homes in AZ.
Beyond the realm of business, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. I am very passionate about empowering others, particularly women, to achieve financial independence and success in the competitive world of real estate investing.

I have a few mentees who are single moms and have started receiving my mentorship to start their first fix-and-flip project. Despite me walking them through it all and guiding them, we seem to connect on our WHY. Often, they have said they want to create a better life for their children.

If you thought life was perfect, you already know by now that it’s simply not true. We can not control what we can’t control, and in fact, we have to learn to trust in the process, especially during a renovation project. There are many things that need attention to detail, so working with the right people and staying on top of your projects makes things a whole lot smoother.
